TD5 90/110 1.222 RATIO TRANSFER CASE GEAR KIT

If your TD5 90/110 or Tdi revs excessively on the motorway, you are now able to raise your transfer case gearing by 15%, by replacing the gearing in the exising 1.410 ratio transfer box with new 1.222 gears, as used in the Disco.

This will not only reduce your revs but also reduce noise. This change will not effect Low Range and will leave your Speedo reading true.

The L322 Range Rover, 2002 onwards, suffer from a common problem with the coupling shaft spline wearing between the front tailshaft and the front differential, thus loosing drive to the differential.

The problem purely relates to the coupling shaft, the differential is not affected.

Currently the only solution offered by Land Rover is to replace the whole complete front differential assembly - an expensive replacement.

This new coupling shaft will enable you to replace just the tailshaft and coupling shaft and leave the differential in place, reducing both time and cost.

These ring and pinions are manufactured as a straight bolt into the 3.54 ratio carrier and using the stronger 24 spline propshaft flange, these are ideal for those customers who need to correct their gearing after fitting larger diameter tyres.

Late vehicles with rubber donut couplings, require additional parts at additional cost.
